Fragrantica is an online platform and community where perfume enthusiasts can provide information about various perfumes, colognes, and fragrances, and users can explore an extensive database of scents, read reviews, and contribute their own opinions. Fragrantica also features articles, news, and discussions related to the fragrance industry, making it a valuable hub for individuals passionate about perfumes and interested in staying updated on the latest trends and releases.
The Fragrantica app would allow users to learn more about their favorite fragrances, explore scent profiles that they enjoy, and join a dedicated community of fragrance lovers.

Problem 1
It can be difficult to gauge a fragrance purchase solely off of a tester at the store.
Solution
Fragrantica provides a plethora of information, including accurate notes, information on longevity and sillage, similar fragrances, and an overall ranking of the fragrance.
Problem 2
It can be difficult to find a perfect fragrance to enjoy, especially when first starting out.
Solution
Fragrantica allows the user to search notes they may enjoy or be curious about, and find a strong list of fragrances in each specific category.
Problem 3
Fragrance recommendations can be inconsistent to differentiate between what is a suggestion and what is an advertisement.
Solution
Fragrantica's review section provides a user's personal experiences with the fragrance, as well as an auto-generated pros and cons list based on the comments to help provide accurate information.
